I try to eat well and exercise, but don’t always follow through.  Here is another report emphasizing that not gaining the weight in the first place is they way to go.

So this started a long time ago

Looks like our less than optimal eating habits started a long time ago. In her new book Eating On The Wild Side: A Field Guide To Nutritious Food, Jo Robinson speaks to our history of cultivating the food that taste best, and not the foods that are the best for us. So I have even more to consider in my quest to eat well. Looks like I have some homework to do before I do my next grocery run.
